Appointments
All treatments are available by appointment only.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a fee.
Consultations
A consultation is required before all first-time treatments.
During your consultation, we will assess your suitability, discuss treatment options and answer any questions. A consultation will also be included at every appointment.
Please disclose your full medical history, current medications and any allergies to help ensure your safety.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Missed appointments without notice, known as no-shows, will be charged in full and may affect future bookings.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information and medical records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Complaints
We strive to provide the best possible care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Payments
A £30 deposit is required at the time of booking.
We accept payment by bank transfer and cash.
Larger deposits may be required to secure certain treatments or packages.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment if sufficient notice is provided within the cancellation period.
Refunds and Treatment Outcomes
All treatments and products are non-refundable.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Additional sessions may be required to achieve the best possible results.
In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, we will provide appropriate aftercare and support in accordance with medical best practice.
Medical and Safety Policies
We do not treat clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18 years old.
Certain medical conditions or medications may mean that you are not suitable for treatment. Your practitioner will advise you accordingly.
For your safety, please follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.
Children and Guests
For safety reasons, children under 16 are not permitted in the treatment rooms.
Please attend your appointment alone where possible, unless you require assistance.
